     Establishing and relating to the Alaska Northern                                                                           
     Waters Task Force.                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair Stedman reported that it  was the second hearing on                                                                    
the  resolution.   He  noted  one   fiscal  note   from  the                                                                    
Legislature for $150,000 in general  funds to cover the cost
