HB 541    An Act  providing  for  the  issuance  of  general                 
            obligation bonds in the amount of $148,500,000 for                 
            the  purpose  of  paying the  cost  of  design and                 
            construction of state correctional facilities; and                 
            providing for an effective date.                                   
                                                                               
            HB 541  was postponed  for a  hearing at a  latter                 
            date.
