CHAIRMAN  PHILLIPS   announced  that  CSHB   524(FIN)-G.O.  BONDS:

SENATOR HALFORD moved to calendar CSHB 524(FIN).                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR  ELLIS objected  to inform  members that  he believes  the                                                              
Senate  Finance Committee  version requires  amendments before  it                                                              
passes the Senate. He then removed his objection.

carried.
