CHAIRMAN MILLER called the Resources Committee meeting to order at            
 5:30 p.m. and announced  HB 398  (LAND CONVEYED TO & FROM                     
 MUNICIPALITIES) to be up for consideration.                                   
                                                                               
 SENATOR PEARCE moved to adopt amendment # 2, Cook, U.4, 5/2/94                
 deleting lines 13 - 15 and inserting new language.  There were no             
 objections and it was adopted.                                                
                                                                               
 SENATOR PEARCE moved SCSHB 398(RES) from committee.  There were no            
 objections and it was so ordered.
