VICE CHAIR RUFFRIDGE  announced the next order  of business would                                                               
be  HOUSE  BILL   NO.  366,  "An  Act   relating  to  residential                                                               
psychiatric  treatment centers;  and providing  for an  effective

with  individual  recommendations  and  the  accompanying  fiscal                                                               
notes.  There being no objection,  HB 366 was reported out of the
