CHAIR  WIELECHOWSKI  announced  that  the next  bill  before  the                                                               
committee would  be HB  333, which  would eliminate  POET reserve                                                               
accounts.   In  a   previous  meeting   Juli   Lucky,  staff   to                                                               
Representative  Hawker,   sponsor  of   the  bill,   provided  an                                                               
overview. Joan Mize, Program Coordinator  at APOC stated that the                                                               
bill was a clean-up bill that  APOC supports. The bill has a zero                                                               
fiscal note.                                                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR  PASKVAN  moved  to  report CSHB  333,  version  I,  from                                                               
committee with  individual recommendations and the  attached zero                                                               
fiscal note.  There being no  objection, CSHB 333(STA)  was moved                                                               
from the Senate State Affairs Standing Committee.
