CHAIR WRIGHT announced  that the next order of  business would be                                                               
HOUSE BILL  NO. 312, "An  Act relating  to the appointment  of an                                                               
assistant  adjutant  general;  and  providing  for  an  effective

individual  recommendations and  the  accompanying fiscal  notes.
