 meeting to order at and announced  HB 307  to be up for                       
 consideration.                                                                
                                                                               
 SENATOR TORGERSON moved to pass CS for HB 307 (FIN) from committee            
 with individual recommendations.  There were no objections and it             
 was so ordered.
