Co-Chair  Hoffman  relayed  that   limited  Powers  of  Free                                                                    
Conference  had  been granted  by  both  the House  and  the                                                                    
Senate.  He   invited  Alexei   Painter,  Director   of  the                                                                    
Legislative Finance Division (LFD)  to join the committee at                                                                    
the table. The  committee would be addressing  open items in                                                                    
HB 263 and HB 265 based  on the motion sheets distributed to                                                                    
members earlier today and dated May 12th in the area of:

Co-Chair Hoffman stated that  this action closed conference-                                                                    
able items  1 through 3,  items 5  through 20, and  items 22                                                                    
through 25  in FY 26  Supplemental Operating Items  and left                                                                    
open items 4 and 21.                                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair Hoffman relayed that as future meetings of the                                                                         
conference committee were scheduled, they would be posted                                                                       
on BASIS to provide reasonable public notice under the 24-                                                                      
hour rule.
