CHAIRWOMAN PEARCE  announced the Senate Finance Committee  adopted a                                                            
committee  substitute  for  HB  250-OPERATING  BUDGET  MISSIONS  AND                                                        
MEASURES.                                                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR  PHILLIPS  moved  to  calendar  HB  250.    There  being  no                                                            
objection, the motion carried.
