CHAIR MCKAY  announced that the  first order of business  would be                                                              
HOUSE BILL NO.  243, "An Act reducing the draw  permit application

REPRESENTATIVE RAUSCHER  moved to report  HB 243 out  of committee                                                              
with  individual  recommendations   and  the  accompanying  fiscal

House Resources Standing Committee.
