SENATOR LEMAN moved to calendar HB 208-PROFESSIONAL COUNSELORS.                                                                 
He noted a Senate Labor and Commerce Committee substitute had been                                                              
prepared the previous day.  That version made a few technical                                                                   
changes.   There being no objection, CHAIRMAN KELLY announced the                                                               
motion carried.
