by a  motion by  Representative Sumner, was  HOUSE BILL  NO. 187,                                                               
"An  Act  relating  to  utilization  review  entities;  exempting                                                               
certain  health  care   providers  from  making  preauthorization                                                               
requests  for certain  services; and  providing for  an effective

REPRESENTATIVE SUMNER  moved to  report HB  187 out  of committee                                                               
with  individual  recommendations  and  the  accompanying  fiscal                                                               
notes,  and  to  authorize  Legislative Legal  Services  to  make                                                               
technical and conforming  changes.  There being  no objection, HB                                                               
187  was reported  out of  the House  Health and  Social Services                                                               
Standing Committee.
