CHAIR KITO  announced that  the next order  of business  would be                                                               
HOUSE  BILL NO.  157, "An  Act relating  to the  Alaska Life  and                                                               
Health  Insurance  Guaranty  Association; and  providing  for  an                                                               
effective date."                                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
CHAIR KITO,  after ascertaining  no one wished  to testify  on HB
