He shared that there had been concerns regarding recreational cabins and the owner builder exemption. He emphasized that the goal is only to hold licensed contractors with a residential endorsement to this standard at this point in time. He said the bill would give people who have entered into contracts without fully understanding the repercussions legal recourse if that's what it comes to. 4:05:30 PM CHAIR SUMNER announced that HB 150, Version R, was held over.
