He indicated there is a House Labor and Commerce committee substitute. He also noted the bill had been heard twice before and that there were no witnesses signed up to testify. Number 748 REPRESENTATIVE HUDSON made a motion to move CSHB 134(L&C), dated 4/14/97, Version E, out of committee with individual recommendations and a zero fiscal note. Hearing no objection, CSHB 134 (L&C) was moved out of the House Labor and Commerce Standing Committee.
