CHAIR OLSON announced  that the final order of  business would be                                                               
SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE  FOR HOUSE BILL  NO. 105, "An Act  relating to                                                               
the state training  and employment program; and  providing for an

26-LS0475\C,  Wayne, 3/20/09,  out of  committee with  individual                                                               
recommendations and  the accompanying  fiscal note.   There being                                                               
no objection, CSSSHB  105(L&C) was reported from  the House Labor
