CHAIR OLSON announced that the next order of business would be                                                                  
SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 105                                                                                       
"An Act  relating to the  state training and  employment program;                                                               
and providing for an effective date."                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
CHAIR  OLSON then  announced that  the  bill would  be held  over                                                               
pending distribution of an amendment to the committee.
