SENATOR KELLY announced  CSHB 102(FIN) (PANEL MEMBERS  ON AK                 
  LABOR REL. AGENCY) to be up for consideration.                               
                                                                               
  JOSH  FINK  explained  the  proposed  changes  in  SCS  CSHB                 
  102(L&C)  which   was   before   the   committee   for   its                 
  consideration.                                                               
                                                                               
  SENATOR SALO moved to  adopt SCS CSHB 102(L&C).   There were
