HB  98-NONUNION PUBLIC EMPLOYEE SALARY & BENEFIT                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
CHAIR ROKEBERG  announced that  the only  order of business  would                                                              
be HOUSE  BILL NO.  98, "An  Act relating  to the compensation  of                                                              
certain public officials,  officers, and employees  not covered by                                                              
collective bargaining  agreements; and providing for  an effective                                                              
date."                                                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
CHAIR  ROKEBERG announced  that HB  98 would  not be heard  today,                                                              
but  rather  it   would  be  available  for  calendaring   at  the                                                              
discretion of the chair.
