He explained that it gives the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) flexibility to authorize certain commercial uses in multi-unit residential housing properties owned or leased by AHFC. The bill specifically excludes particular businesses that are not deemed family friendly. He offered to answer questions.
