When a state agency or municipality has proceeds from sale of a derelict fund, those funds would now go to the general fund. Change 3 Removes an $8 registration fee, that was added in the original bill, that certain commercial fishing vessels would pay to the Commercial Fisheries Entry Commission. Change 4 The above changes result in changes to the bill's title.
