CHAIR CARRICK announced that the  next order of business would be                                                               
HOUSE BILL  NO. 10, "An Act  relating to the Board  of Regents of                                                               
the University of Alaska."                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
CHAIR  CARRICK remarked  that public  testimony was  already held                                                               
and  no  amendments  had  been  submitted.    She  asked  if  any                                                               
committee  members  had  questions  about  HB  10.    Hearing  no                                                               
questions, Chair Carrick entertained a motion.

VICE CHAIR  STORY moved  to report  HB 10  out of  committee with                                                               
individual  recommendations and  the  accompanying fiscal  notes.                                                               
There being  no objection, HB  10 was  reported out of  the House
