SENATOR  GIESSEL  moved  to  report  HB  4  from  committee  with                                                               
individual  recommendations and  attached  fiscal note(s).  There                                                               
being no objection, the motion carried.                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
CHAIR STEDMAN noted previous public  hearings for all five bills.
