CHAIRWOMAN DRUE PEARCE  called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to                                                          
order  at 10:53  a.m.   Present were  Senators Cowdery,  Ellis,  and                                                            
Pearce.  SB 81 was before the committee.                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR COWDERY  moved to calendar SB  81-NONADEMPTION  OF TRANSFERS                                                        
IN  TRUSTS  and  asked  for  unanimous  consent.    There  being  no                                                        
objection, the motion carried.                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
CHAIRWOMAN  PEARCE  announced  that  the committee  would  meet  the                                                            
following  day  for the  purpose  of  calendaring  the supplemental                                                             
appropriation  bill  [SB 74]  on the Senate  floor  on Wednesday  or                                                            
Thursday.  She then adjourned the meeting.
