CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order
at 12:07 p.m. The first order of business to come before the
committee was HCR 20.
HCR 20-AUTHORIZING A RECESS LONGER THAN 3 DAYS
SENATOR LEMAN moved all versions of HCR 20 with individual
recommendations and accompanying fiscal notes for calendaring at
the Chairman's discretion. There being no objection, the motion
carried.
SB 193-COLLECTION OF UNPAID WAGES
SENATOR PEARCE moved all versions of SB 193 with individual
recommendations and accompanying fiscal notes for calendaring at
the Chairman's discretion. There being no objection, the motion
carried.
SB 269-DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF MONETARY TERMS
SENATOR PEARCE moved all versions of SB 269 with individual
recommendations and accompanying fiscal notes for calendaring at
the Chairman's discretion. There being no objection, the motion
carried.
