CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order
at 12:07 p.m. Present were Senators Leman, Pearce, Ellis, and
Kelly, Chair.
SENATOR LEMAN moved to calendar SB 10-UNDERGROUND UTILITIES.
There being no objection, the motion carried.
SENATOR LEMAN moved to calendar SB 155-SALARY REPORTS:
LEG/EXEC/JUDICIAL BRANCH. There being no objection, the motion
carried.
SENATOR LEMAN moved to calendar SB 171-FISHERY DATA; MCNEIL RIVER
REFUGE. There being no objection, the motion carried.
SENATOR ELLIS noted that Senator Lincoln's resolution was removed
from today's calendar. CHAIRMAN KELLY stated the Rules Committee
is looking for language that is acceptable for more people.
There being no further business to come before the committee,
CHAIRMAN KELLY adjourned the meeting at 12:10 p.m.
