CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order                                                               
at 12:20 p.m.  Present were Senators Leman, Pearce, and Kelly,                                                                  
Chair.                                                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR LEMAN moved to calendar HB 208-PROFESSIONAL COUNSELORS.                                                                 
He noted a Senate Labor and Commerce Committee substitute had been                                                              
prepared the previous day.  That version made a few technical                                                                   
changes.   There being no objection, CHAIRMAN KELLY announced the                                                               
motion carried.                                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
There being no further business to come before the committee,                                                                   
CHAIRMAN KELLY adjourned the meeting at 12:22 p.m.
