CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order
at 12:10 p.m. Senators Ellis, Leman, Miller and Chairman Kelly
were present. Senator Pearce arrived shortly after the meeting
convened.
SENATOR LEMAN moved to calendar all versions of SB 9-PERS CREDIT
FOR NONCERTIFICATED EMPLOYEES. There being no objection, the
motion carried.
SENATOR LEMAN moved to calendar all versions of SB 56-HOME HEALTH
AGENCIES/HOSPITALS/HOSPICES. There being no objection, the motion
carried.
SENATOR LEMAN moved to calendar SB 102-TROOPER HECK MEMORIAL
CORRIDOR. There being no objection, the motion carried.
SENATOR MILLER moved to calendar SB 104-KUSKOKWIM ICE CLASSIC.
There being no objection, the motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the committee,
