CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order

and Kelly, Chair.
SENATOR LEMAN moved CSHB 100 (FIN)(brf sup maj fld)(efd fld)-
SUPPLEMENTAL/CAPITAL APPROPS for calendaring. SENATOR ELLIS

100(FIN)(brf sup maj fld)(efd fld) carried with Senators Leman,
Miller, Pearce and Kelly voting "yea," and Senator Ellis voting
"nay."
