  CHAIRMAN KELLY  called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order           
 at 10:50 a.m. and noted the presence of Senators Leman, Taylor,               
 Duncan and Kelly.  He then brought  SB 83  (SUPPLEMENTAL & OTHER              
 APPROPRIATIONS) before the committee as the only order of business.           
                                                                               
  SENATOR LEMAN  moved SB 83 be approved for calendaring at the                
 discretion of the Chair.   SENATOR DUNCAN  objected.  The roll was            
 taken with the following result:  Senators Leman, Taylor and Kelly            
 voted "Yea" and Senator Duncan voted "Nay."  The Chairman stated              
 the calendaring motion carried.                                               
                                                                               
 There being no further business to come before the committee,                 
  CHAIRMAN KELLY  adjourned the meeting at 10:51 a.m.
