MORATORIUM/CERTIFICATES OF NEED) before the committee as the final
order of business. He directed attention to a propose Rules SCS
and explained the new subsection (c) on page 2 will leave the
moratorium in effect until May 1, 1998, and it will allow the
different groups to go ahead and submit their certificates of need
before that date so that when the moratorium runs out, the
certificates of need will already have been processed by the
department.
SENATOR PEARCE moved the adoption of SCS CSHB 528(RLS). Hearing no
objection, it was so ordered.
