implement certain loan default sanctions and consolidation of loan
provisions beginning July 1, 1995; and providing for an effective
date."

CHAIRMAN MILLER called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order
at 4:15 p.m.

HJR 18 (SUPPORT MEDICAL SAVINGS ACCT LEGISLATION) was before the
committee. There being no discussion, CHAIRMAN MILLER asked for
the will of the committee.
SENATOR SHARP moved and asked unanimous consent that HJR 18 be
approved for calendaring. Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.

discussion, CHAIRMAN MILLER asked for the will of the committee.
