The Senate Rules Committee was called to order by Chairman
Jacko at 12:20 p.m.
Chairman Jacko brought CSHB 68 (FIN) (APPROP: SUPPLEMENTAL
FOR ELECTIONS) before the committee and asked for the
pleasure of the committee.
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB
68 (FIN) be approved for calendaring at the Chair's
discretion. Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
Number 020
Chairman Jacko brought SB 30 (EXTEND ALASKA MINERALS
COMM;AGENCY REPORT) before the committee and asked for the
pleasure of the committee.
Senator Little asked if there was any information relating
to recommendations the Commission has made in the past, and
if any of those recommendations have been enacted. Senator
Halford answered that the Commission presented a report at
the beginning of the session, and a number of their
recommendations are under consideration.
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that SB 30
(EXTEND ALASKA MINERALS COMM;AGENCY REPORT) be approved for
calendaring at the Chair's discretion. Hearing no
objection, it was so ordered.

Chairman Jacko brought SB 47 (REGISTRATION/EQUIPMENT OF
CUSTOM CARS) before the committee and asked for the pleasure
of the committee.
Senator Rieger moved and asked unanimous consent that SB 30
be approved for calendaring at the Chair's discretion.
Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
There being no further business to come before the
