Kelly, Pearce, Miller, and Ellis. The first order of business to come before the committee was SCR 17. SCR 17-TITLE CHANGE FOR HB 130 SENATOR PEARCE moved all versions of SCR 17 with individual recommendations and accompanying fiscal notes for calendaring at the Chairman's discretion. Without objection, the motion carried. HB 226-CREDITED SERVICE FOR ON-THE-JOB INJURIES SENATOR MILLER moved CS for HB 226 (HES) with individual recommendations and accompanying fiscal notes for calendaring at the Chairman's discretion. Without objection, the motion carried. SB 254-HEIRLOOM MARRIAGE CERTIFICATES SENATOR MILLER moved all versions of SB 254 with individual recommendations and accompanying fiscal notes for calendaring at the Chairman's discretion. Without objection, the motion carried.
