  to reconstitution  of the corpus of the mental health trust,                 
  the  management  of  trust  assets, and  to  the  manner  of

  SENATOR MILLER  called  the Resources  Committee meeting  to                 
  order at 3:48 p.m.  and announced SB 67 MENTAL  HEALTH TRUST                 
  AMENDMENTS  to  be  up  for  consideration.    He  said  the                 
  Department  of  Law  said  the  dedicated funds  and  mixing                 
  appropriations with  other  law  issues  were  problems  and                 
  legislative legal  affairs said  there was  no problem  with                 
  either one of them.                                                          
                                                                               
  SENATOR PEARCE moved to pass SB  67 with proper fiscal notes                 
  with individual  recommendations.  There  were no objections                 
  and it was so ordered.                                                       
  SENATOR MILLER adjourned the meeting at 3:50 p.m.
