Labor and Commerce Standing Committee meeting from April 5 at
1:01 p.m. Present at the call to order were Senators Davis,

SENATOR GIESSEL joined the committee.

SENATOR PASKVAN moved to forward the names of Janice Wilson for
the Regulatory Commission of Alaska, Howard Walters for the
State Board of Registration for Architects, Engineers and Land
Surveyors, Tom Reuter and for the Board of Marine Pilots and
Robert Weel for the Alaska Workers' Compensation Board to the
full body of the legislature. He added that this in no way
indicated intent to vote either for or against the appointees in
a joint session.
CHAIR EGAN found no further comments and no objections, and said
the names were forwarded.
