 CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Labor and Commerce Committee                 
 meeting to order at 1:36 p.m. and brought up HB 480.  He stated               
 there was a request to put in a new Section 4.  That request has              
 been backed off on, and the sponsor of the bill would like to see             
 the bill discharged from committee as is.                                     
                                                                               
 SENATOR TORGERSON made a motion to discharge HB 480 from the Labor            
 & Commerce Committee with individual recommendations.                         
                                                                               
 CHAIRMAN KELLY, hearing no objections, stated HB 480 was discharged
