  CHAIRMAN TIM KELLY  called the Senate Labor and Commerce Committee           
 meeting to order at 1:33 p.m.                                                 
                                                                               
 SENATOR TORGERSON moved to allow Senator Kelly to introduce                   
 legislation on behalf of the Labor and Commerce Committee.                    
                                                                               
 SENATOR DUNCAN noted that he would like to be notified of the                 
 legislation before it was taken up in committee.                              
                                                                               
 SENATOR KELLY said he would try to notify him before any major                
 legislation was brought up and adjourned the meeting at 1:35 p.m.
