CHAIR MATT CLAMAN called the  Senate Judiciary Standing Committee                                                             
meeting to order  at 1:31 p.m. Present at the  call to order were                                                               
Senators Tobin, Kiehl, Giessel, Kaufman and Chair Claman.

CHAIR CLAMAN announced  the consideration of SENATE  BILL NO. 104                                                               
"An Act  relating to appropriations  to the civil  legal services                                                               
fund."  This is  the second  hearing of  the bill  in the  Senate                                                               
Judiciary Standing Committee.                                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
He  noted  that  this  was  the second  hearing  and  his  office                                                               
received  no amendments.  Finding  no questions  or comments,  he                                                               
solicited a motion.

SENATOR KIEHL  moved to  report SB  104, work  order 33-LS0605\A,                                                               
from  committee  with  individual  recommendations  and  attached
