CHAIR  SHELLEY  HUGHES  called   the  Senate  Judiciary  Standing                                                             
Committee meeting  to order at 5:29  p.m. Present at the  call to                                                               
order  were Senators  Micciche, Kiehl  and Chair  Hughes. Senator

CHAIR HUGHES announced  that the only order of  business would be                                                               
SENATE BILL NO.  71, "An Act making corrective  amendments to the
