  CHAIRMAN ROBIN TAYLOR  called the Judiciary Committee meeting to             
 order at 1:38 p.m.  Because a quorum was not present, he announced            
 today's calendar would be rescheduled to Wednesday, March 20, and             
 a Senate Judiciary Committee meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. on             
 Friday.  He adjourned the meeting at 1:42 p.m.
