Standing Committee meeting to order at 3:32 p.m. Present at the
call to order were Senators Dunbar, Kaufman, and Chair Wilson.

CHAIR WILSON announced the consideration of SENATE BILL NO. 231
"An Act relating to residential psychiatric treatment centers;
and providing for an effective date."
CHAIR WILSON stated that on April 23, committee substitute (CS)
for SB 231, work order 33-LS1196\S, was adopted as the working
document.
