  Senator Drue  Pearce,  Co-chair,  convened  the  meeting  at                 
  approximately 9:00 A.M.                                                      
                                                                               
  PRESENT                                                                      
                                                                               
  In  addition to  Co-chair  Pearce, Co-chair  Sharp, Senators                 
  Torgerson, Parnell and  Adams were present when  the meeting                 
  was convened.  Senator Donley arrived  as the meeting was in                 
  progress.  Senator Phillips was excused.

  Mark  Boyer,  Commissioner,  Department  of  Administration;                 
  Alison   Elgee;   Deputy    Commissioner,   Department    of                 
  Administration;  Janet  Parker;   Retirement  and   Benefits                 
  Manager,   Department   of   Administration;  Mike   Greany,                 
  Director, Legislative Finance Division;  fiscal analysts and
