  Senator Drue  Pearce,  Co-chair,  convened  the  meeting  at                 
  approximately 8:35 A.M.

  Adams  were present when the  meeting was convened.  Senator                 
  Torgerson and Co-chair  Sharp arrived as the  meeting was in
