  Senator  Drue  Pearce,  Co-chair, convened  the  meeting  at                 
  approximately 9:05 A.M.

  In  addition to  Co-chair Pearce,  Co-chair Sharp,  Senators                 
  Torgerson and  Phillips were  present when  the meeting  was                 
  convened.    Senators  Donley  and  Parnell arrived  as  the                 
  meeting was in progress.   Senator Adams did not  attend the                 
  meeting.
