  CALL TO ORDER                                                                
                                                                               
  Senator  Drue  Pearce,  Co-chair,  convened  the  meeting at                 
  approximately 9:30 A.M.                                                      
                                                                               
  PRESENT                                                                      
                                                                               
  In addition  to  Co-chair Pearce,  Co-chair Sharp,  Senators                 
  Torgerson  and  Adams  were  present  when the  meeting  was                 
  convened.   Senator  Donley arrived  as  the meeting  was in                 
  progress.  Senators Phillips and Parnell were absent because                 
  of illness.

  Authority; Nelson  Page, Chair,  Board  of Trustees,  AMHTA;                 
  John   Pugh,   Trustee,   AMHTA;   Mike  Greany,   Director,                 
  Legislative Finance Division; fiscal  analysts and aides  to
