  Senator  Bert  Sharp,  Co-chair,  convened  the  meeting  at                 
  approximately 9:00 A.M.

  In addition  to Co-chair Sharp,  Senators Donley, Torgerson,                 
  and Adams were  present when the  meeting was convened.  Co-                 
  chair Pearce, Senators  Phillips and Parnell did  not attend                 
  the meeting.
