  Senator  Drue  Pearce,  Co-chair, convened  the  meeting  at                 
  approximately 9:02 A.M.

  In addition  to Co-chair  Pearce, Senators  Sharp, Phillips,                 
  Torgerson, Parnell and  Adams were present when  the meeting                 
  convened.   Senator Donley arrived  while the meeting was in
