CHAIR CATHY GIESSEL called the Senate Committee on Committees
meeting to order in accordance with Uniform Rules 1(e) and 20 at
8:30 a.m. Present at the call to order were Senate Rules Chair
John Coghill, Senate Majority Leader Mia Costello, Senate
Finance Co-Chair Natasha von Imhof, Senate Minority Leader Tom
Begich, and Senate President Cathy Giessel.

CHAIR GIESSEL stated that the purpose of the meeting is to
change the membership of the Health and Social Services
Committee. Senator Bishop asked to be relieved of his seat to
dedicate his time to the Finance Committee and his chairmanship
of the Community and Regional Affairs Committee. Senator Giessel
said she would assume the vacant seat. She said that is the sole
change to the Committee on Committees Report that the body
approved on January 15, 2019.

SENATOR COGHILL moved that the Senate Committee on Committees
adopt the revised report.
CHAIR GIESSEL found no objection and stated that the Committee
on Committees Report [dated February 5, 2019] was adopted. She
asked the members to sign the report, which will be forwarded to
the full Senate for approval.

There being no further business to come before the committee,
Chair Giessel adjourned the Senate Committee on Committees
meeting at 8:31 am.
